RE:CH-6Oiltar, do you honestly believe that DeBeers would walk away from 1.8 - 7.2 billion dollar asset, (your math, lol), because they had to spend another what, 50 million? Please, I love the enthusiasm, but this is too stupid to even consider. DeBeers would not have walked away from that, at anytime. Your points regarding the Friedlands taking this private has merit, as I do believe this play still has life. Let's consider, push DeBeers away, remember this was a verbal rejection, and the resulting expected fall in price would make that option much cheaper. What percent do they own now? What about another senerio, DeBeers verbally rejects the JV, shareholders get all in a tizzy, demand some news, like the 10 tonne processed in Toontown, Eric releases results prior to the end of december , they are spectacular, DeBeers 'verbally' has a change of heart an opts back in, no longer 'no free look'...... I am no lawyer, and know zippo about contracts and how a verbal would hold up against a written contract..... I would like some clarification on the recent news, who from DeBeers, when, face to face, etc., and what are our plans going forward. I can wait until the new year for the valuations etc.... Appreciate all your post BTW MHR
