FYI

FYIFinal preperations are being made for La Joya's PEA release which should be tomorrow morning.  Also, a new informative October 2013 Corporate Presentation is now available at Silvercrests website.

In regards to the discussion about Silvercrest paying a dividend, I think it will ultimately depend on precious metal prices.  The executive team at Silvercrest have made comments in the past that there could possibly be a dividend payout implemented sometime in the latter part of 2014.  If gold/silver prices remain at the current levels, I wouldn't expect them moving forward with that plan.  If on the other hand, Silver gets up into the 26 area or above and Gold stabalizes firmly above 1400, I would expect them to move forward with some form of dividend payout.  Managements growth strategies have worked amazingly well up to this point and I expect that to continue.  But giving a little back in the form of dividends to loyal shareholders would be a welcomed development as far as I'm concerned.  Just my 2 cents!
