20% Stock Price Fluctuation

20% Stock Price FluctuationArcan's stock was all over the map today.  The last hour of trading had the price drop below par  but then jump up 8 cents to close +6 to .60 cents.  Looks like some serious tree shaking is going on...has a buyer been found??
