KWG Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. It is focused on acquisition of interests in, and the exploration, evaluation and development of deposits of minerals including chromite, base metals and strategic minerals. It is the owner of 100% of the Black Horse chromite project. It also holds other area interests, including a 100% interest in the Hornby claims, a 15% vested interest in the McFaulds copper/zinc project and a vested 30% interest in the Big Daddy chromite project. It has also acquired intellectual property interests, including a method for the direct reduction of chromite to metalized iron and chrome using natural gas. It also owns 100% of Canada Chrome Corporation, a business of KWG Resources Inc., (the Subsidiary), which staked mining claims between Aroland, Ontario (near Nakina) and the Ring of Fire. The Subsidiary has identified deposits of aggregate along the route and made an application for approximately 32 aggregate extraction permits.

 so the  cost of the port authority plan is just shy of 2 billion plus the transfer of all pension liabilities of the ONTC  according to the PC.s about 700 million tacked on, the cost of the railroad is $1.5 billion, add in another couple of hundred of millions for the shaft ,option agreements. we are at $5 billion and no processing plants and no cost overruns, tall order for KWG, best hope is for Cliffs buyout, it was a year go the first smell of the ONTC came about the stock was trading at 6 to 6.5, a year later with option agreements, Tony Clement coming and going, Bob Rae coming into the picture, buybacks, insider's buying, favourable mining rulings, the stock is still stuck at 5 cents. KWG wants to ship the ore by rail from site to Sudbury via Timmins and North Bay and then back to North Bay to Cochrane and then Moosonee, talk about a circle route
