RE:A Troika of TransactionsRay Smith benefits the shareholders which is not always the case as we all know from watching other companies.

Hard not to load up. I have to dig thru issues which probably won't happen in order to find negatives. The Permian deal in TX may be the only negative over the long term. However, the US Gov will most likely mess up the development.
