worthless contracts ?

worthless contracts ?Remember when FTP "secured" DP sales with 5yr & 10 yr contracts with Chinese customers that stipulated a DP floor price north of $1000.  We all know FTP sold at less than floor to Chinese customers which makes the contract suspect... but what I find more interesting is given that these contracts appeared to be for a minimum term (5 or 10 years), if FTP "swings" to NHBK production, will FTP be in breach of contract for not fulflling the 5 or 10 yr contracts for DP ?
