ronran, I appreciate your comments. However, I would be curious to your thoughts on a couple of issues. First, unlike the prior negative verdict for WIN, the patents in question with Apple are the original patents of WIN and as you are aware, nearly all other companies have settled with WIN. How would you put this in context with respect to Apple's defence? Further, I can assure you that Apple has already made a settlement offer to WIN. Given your comment that Apple does not deal with a "patent troll" why would Apple make any type of offer? I would be interested in your reply.
