RE:Gee getting a little frustrated huh? lets start with some definitions..
Volcano: A vent in the surface of the Earth the form or structure (usually conical) that is produced by the ejected material. out·crop (outkrp) n. A portion of bedrock protruding through the soil level.
bed·rock (bdrk) n. 1. The solid rock that underlies loose material, such as soil, sand, clay, or gravel
so a volcano, is the surface expression of material ejected from a vent in the earths crust.. they can be under water but not underground..
outcrop is bedrock exposed on the surface and bedrock is solid rock..
so outcrop (bedrock) can not be blown out of a volcano..
