Thirty Metre Telescope - HawaiiInternet articles on this project seem to say it is going ahead.  Canada has to agree to take part but Canadan Universities seem to already be committed.

This is a potential $80M order for Dynamic Structures.  Thee's got to be a pretty good margin on this type of project.  Dynamic is a world leader in these types of structures.  Good help the sock go up a few cents.
