Sorry....it was a coal shipment not iron ore.  Regardless, openning up the Delta is becoming more likely in light of the issues relating to sea ice thickness and shrinking ice cap.  Ideally this could work as an inpediment to transporting NGL or oil to the north but the current government is looking at everything.
This New Brunswick anti-fracking blockade is something to be watched closely as it is founded in large part with the Aboriginal community and these types of issues can be polarizing with all Aboriginal communiies.  If the Sahtu get on the issue of groundwater contamination in regard to fracking the Canol; the Canol play could be shelved for generations.
