I agree with you Sdomae...his non-verbal communication was disrespectful to say the least. You would never see Farhad act like that...always extremely professional. I remember a meeting in Toronto last year when the Tel-Av worker was not able to get the computer to sync with the screen. R.K. gave the operator a real dirty look, but Farhad, who was speaking, never made the person feel small. Instead Farhad ad-libbed half of the presentation flawlessly until the operator was able to sync things together. He then thanked the operator for his efforts. Not only is he a class act, but he also delivers! IMO, we are extremeley lucky to have a leader like Farhad.
