Not getting into a pointless discussion here, and it is an open forum, but If you are so angry with this company's management and what they are doing/not doing in your opinion, why are you here? Do you even own shares? Financing is an important part of a junior's marketability. Without it the company can never become anything. With it, there is a chance the assets will appreciate in value. All IMHO.
