The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Im thinking we are still some time from news here, and Im wondering if additional 20 cent warrants have been exercised. Not sure when the last set of 20 cent warrants were exercised, but latest short position of sept 30, produced a number close to 2.2 million short.. Im quite sure those are warrants being exercised, so that might be why the price isnt moving as high as we like it, tough to discern. There is one less larger producer in Colombia because of PRE, and thats a good thing, Im surmising some of that money has moved onto PXT, thats only a theory.
