Arctic LNG Sorry I lied - one more article about Arctic LNG. The Germans and Norwegians built the first Arctic LNG plant 800 miles north of the Arctic circle. The interesting part is they prefabricated floating modules in Spain and towed them 2,700 miles for final assembly. Geodude is right about the EIA but Pat Boswell talked about that as well:
"There is too much demand for capital out there and I think the Fed's finally get it so I expect a quick approval process."
