Q3 is approximately NOV 6th

so we have about 10 full trading days until the quarterly results are known - I am betting that they are looking pretty good considering all the recent out-of-court settlements- even without Apple.

In the meantime, we have a court decision in the next short while - man this stock is exciting.

All we are missing is a live blogger in the courtroom - anyone? anyone?
