This news is nothing new and it does mean they are moving along. They are waiting for the revised mine plan that has a more staged approach to the production. This hopefully will lower the installation cost so that the capital can be raised. As AJ told me - raising a billion dollars in this environment is rather impossible - which is why they are proceeding with the staged approach.
