Any deal yet? Any nibble? Next AGM?

Any deal yet? Any nibble? Next AGM?...
"This process could result in a sale of the corporation, a private placement or public financing through the issuance of debt, equity or a combination of both, a sale of a material portion of the corporation's assets, or a merger, business combination or a corporate reorganization, among other alternatives. The special committee has retained Black Spruce Merchant Capital Corp. as its financial adviser to assist in the review process."
.................................................................................................................................................................

Of course, the announcement went on to say that even with the review there were no guarantees of a transaction.....but, so many possibilities!

200,000,000 shares out can be problematic.

And a poster who claims that friends and family and himself have about 10,000,000 shares or about 5% of the company....as if that somehow matters.

Why would anyone brag about buying shares in a falling stock and thereby supporting a price for others to exit?  No money from open market purchases actually went to the company. So the only thing that is supported is his poor gambling habit.

Also, this less than astute gambler, doesn't even appear to be able to understand why no show of interest came forth after Sorg and Rag bailed , and after the release of an increase in RESOURCES (NOT RESERVES).  Why would no one pick up on that 50% that Sorg and Rag dropped?

Good thing that the poster stated that there would be no selling until 15 cents..... he is entertaining...and laughable.....Perhaps his family and friends could tell the company that they would get in on a PP at a dime....   But the stock may never get to a nickle unless they grab another 10,000,000 shares?
