Mining commisionner's ruling???

Mining commisionner's ruling???Watched Frank on BNN...congrats, good job of covering it in such a short time, but there was no mention of the legal victory by KWG over the easement application...strategic? or oversight?  There are a lot potentials that were not mentionned...conditions of negotiations?  perhalps!!!
I am looking forward to some confimed info being published ...agreements, partnerships, gov involvment/commitment to rail, fed port authority, PPP, compensation...etc...
There is so much pent up anticipation that any good news could launch this into the stratosphere...let's hope it is in the works just like the partnership with Bold Ventures...there was no mention of it until it was confirmed but it was eight months in the making.
Good luck to all KWG longs
