"Just announced a planned reduction in dividends"

I can not find anywhere, in any news release from ECA that is is fact.

I know there is a lot of speculation about this potential "perhaps" coming in the future but, where is this divident cut a fact according to C*ckfield.

OK, stockhouse does not like this gus name so I have to modify it to complete the post.  Silly stockhouse.
