Have you come across additional information that led you to that conclusion? I too am hopeful that it's a macro issue that has kept Debeer's from moving forward with the JV however the NR didn't seem to make it clear the reason.

"...we are cognisant of their reasons not to proceed given the challenging mining market "our" industry is currently experiencing". 

I would have expected/hoped Eric to expand on the reasons....
