I agree with ronran we should consider a new venue (not texas).
I somehow believed justice was blind -- how naive. In the us mind they invented everything, they only cite their own literature, they without any modesty whatsoever proclaim themselves as the best country on earth. Perhaps we should seek patent infringement rights in Shanghai next time
