I'm not sure that shareholders can value it that way though, as the shares are only for security and may not be considered an asset unless DYVA Holdings defaults on their loan.
Could this be considered as qualiifying transaction? Not clear as to what, Chinook's future business is just yet is there? A little confused about where this is going.
FWIW, Xanthus Holdings last traded at 0.11 EUR, or approx $0.155 Canadian. Having approx 20million shares out, that translates to a market cap of around $3.1 million. 55% of $3.4 million is approx. $1.7 million.
Good deal for Chinook, but what is their business model? JMO
