RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:only idiots will

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:only idiots willNewClassA thank you for your response to my post.;I would like to open up this discussion i with a few more thoughts on the 3 cent financing and the insults that were directed towards the officers of this Company.
I went to the Torch River Website and examined the details of the Financing and made a few of my own observations which were as follows:

1. The financing raised $75,000 at a cost of 2,250,000 shares with warrants to purchase a further 2,259,000 shares at 5 cents until May2014 or at 10 cents until May 2015.
The subsciber also has the option to buy shares at 20% discount to the Market by investing a further $900,000 in the Company.

My thoughts on this are that whoever got this deal must be very close to the Principals of this Company as the deal with the shares alone was very generous and the 20% discount on future purchases was the icing on the cake . One has to wonder generally about Private Brokered deals and whether they should be solicited from everyone who shares an interest in the company to minimise the dilution.

One point I would like to correct you on is we are not looking at a dilution of 30 million shares as the future shares are based on the shareprice ...for example if the shares are 10 cents this subscriber could buy at 8 cents a share. So rather than a 30 million share dilution a more logical figure might be 15 million /

2.I think stockhouse should caution people who specifically name people and question their character such as we saw here on a Public Forum. I agree that there could be is some bitterness between the directors of CCB and TCR due to Olgive and associates leaving CCB but I have no idea of the circumstances of those differences if they exist.

> 3. I have heard ,like others, that the TCR properties are more valuable than those of CCB but this is definitely not reflected in the market price with CCB trading at 3 times the price of TCR with more shares outstanding

; In conclusion if it is the private investor selling I would doubt this as he or she would not want to slow down the growth of the company having been given such a good deal but sometimes where money is concerned loyalty does not exist, it can be about greed....I think with further positive developments the future for this Company looks really good and with recent volumes being reasonably high there is some accumulation taking place. Also there has been no selling by insiders who have been subscribing to financing the Company in the 7 to 8.5 share price range.

Obviously the Principals read these posts as I have noticed they updated the Website.......maybe IR should post periodically with the knowledge they have, I am sure many of us would appreciate this. Thanks
