Discovery Dispute Order Dated Oct. 23, 2013...

Still am not able to update and order the latest Docket Text, so am having to rely on the lawsuit summary.

I'm not sure what it means, but there seems to be a dipsute with relation to discovery that has yet to be resolved therefore the Plaintiffs have filed their disute,which I'm assuming is a problem with Full Disclosure with the Defendants Saint Gobain/Philips?

Not 100% sure if this is the correct interpretation, but seeing that the Discovery Dispute was filed by the Plaintiff I would assume Zecotek/Beijing Opto are claiming the Defendants haven't provided Full Disclosure or incomplete documents at discovery.

Anyone have a comment on this? tia
