Of Course there is still lots of cash out there for those who have good projects and do not really need the cash that bad and have the asset to back the financing!
No if you walk up to buy a house and the house is 300k and the bank says what do you have down and you say oh maybe 180k bam you have the mortgage.
Bow you are the same guy this time you go to the bank and want to buy that same house for 300k and the bank says how much cash down do you have and your response is to pull out you pockets and show bunny ears nada zinch not a penny what do you thing the bank will say.  Make like a bird and get the flock out of here!
Needless to say that is how they have to look at the two companies you are trying to comparing the first has cash and banks have to compete for the business and the second this one has no cash and the banks fight to stay away!
Having said that there is also the fact that one has a much higher capex so not only is it higher risk but you have more to risk!  They need to come up with something with a much lower cap ex which is what they are working on time will tell soon I hope!

valid points.. AKG still has a long haul... if you look at some of the old graphs of the cycle of these Jr's as they go throught the stages  AKG is in that now sideways range.. to even to the down side.. may get a little bump as the street picks up the Nr ...then maybe one more bump at fes time but then one sits and wait.. then growing pains as the mill is built.. the hope for me was that some one would swoop in a buy..
