Trying to stay positive here...

Trying to stay positive here... As a last resort we have international arbitration. As stated here before, that would be a dissapointing, lengthy, and probable end, to our story here.  However, I find a silver lining to Centerra's current issues. If they do find a mutually agreeable solution, they move forward with more stability than they've had at any point prior.  The agreement would quite possibly provide the framework the Kyrg government would use to resolve our disputes. The December deadline for a Centerra resolution, followed quickly by our own agreement,  could mean we would be in production by mid year.  If the Centerra talks fail... it will likely bring an international negative response to any Kryg efforts to join an international free economy at any level.  If Centerra fails... it "could" also mean they may be willing to demonstrate their willingness to abide by their own rule of law with Stans, and at a percived less significant cost to them.  Trying to stay positive here...
