Final short form prospectus

Final short form prospectusData now up on Sedar. Deal with Black Shire on target to close in two weeks. Shares out under 342 million. Debt under $20 million my projected $375 million closer to $354 million right near 1.5 X's future projected $230 million annual cash flow. Will wait for new presentation for  final numbers post closing costs, adjustments etc.  Current dividend on 342 million shares out is $5,472,000 monthly based on .16 or $65,664,000 annually based on $230 million projected cash flow an increase could be on the horizon. .2 cents a share $6,840,000 monthly/$82 million annually  might be lofty then again maybe not. SGY purchased 2900 boe/d light oil at $98 K per flowing boe and increased divvy...TBE paid half that ($49 K) for 7000 boe/d (93% med. oil) so why not at least a bump to .18?
