Bean and Dunn analysis is pretty accurate and based on realistic assumptions. His numbers are close to mine. The per share numbers are huge, and if it was not for the fact that Moon, Comeau, All Group Financial Services installed their flnkies in 2012 replacing what was the Dream Team Board at Nordex I would be a huge buyer. But the board is tainted by the way they arrived, the CEO appears to be weak, and it is not clear that you can trust them.The only thing they did was huge dilution when none was needed (presumably to entrench themselves without paying premium for control. Notice that all good things happening to Nordex now came from the 2010-2010 Board (bringing Johnex products to Canada, satelite plants, securing the Melba title).
