RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:class action Don't worry about it, GoldTheory. We're all learning here, that is the purpose of the board, to toss ideas and opinions at the wall and see what sticks. I'd been following the board for a long time but only started buying and posting when the price crashed, and this board has been enormously helpful in steering through the controversy and separating the tailings from the gold. (The doubters even more than the boosters because its good to have your assumptions questioned. So thanks, everybody.)
Sometimes I do wonder about the post titles, though. Woke up this morning and the first thing I saw was the post from andrew3430 titled acquired....Jeez, I thought it was all over!
BTW, at the risk of repeating myself, Strathcona has never said there are no resources (or reserves). They claimed there are no valid resources/reserves (as estimated in the FS based on their methodology, as opposed to Snowden's) and this is an important distinction. They are completely justified in their claim: they might be totally wrong, but having a flawed methodology is not a crime, nor as far as I can tell, is resigning from the process - although it was clearly unethical and damaging to Pretium. But regardless of its merits, I do not think a lawsuit is going to resolve anything and IMO is not in the interests of PVG shareholders.
