The Company operates several subsidiaries, including Anelia and Bio-Bar in France, Voltalia Guyane, SIG Kourou, SIG Mana and SIG Cacao in French Guyana, Voltalia Energia do Brasil in Brazil, Thegero in Greece and Alterrya Maroc in Morocco, among others. The Company is owned by Voltalia Investissement SA.

I also owned a ton of shares which could have been sold at $2.40 etc. But I do not consider this takeover to be the end of the story. In fact it should accelerate the Kiaka development significantly. We get a nice bump today and we ride the recovery of the gold sector with a company that is of the type that most analysts predict will be the first in the sector to recover. Fortunately, I was able to pick up some shares at lower prices, ie. 12 and a half cents, for my TFSA. Now I will have a TFSA of some substance, and I prefer that vehicle to the RRSP cuz I hate paying taxes, lol.
