Holder: I believe the dealer group want happy buyers ( price at closing +10% to deal price) but don"t want to be seen ( from PLI's perspective ) to have given their buyers too good of a deal. These dealers are masters at playing the game . Once the deal closes, dealers won't really care anymore- until the next deal. So the price will go where the market wants it to go which I believe is up. Better transparency by PLI on how the various catalysts will translate into cash flow- how much and  when are the keys to success. Some of the numbers tossed around by the analysts are truly staggering in terms of what could happen to the share price. And to think PLI was trading at 15 cents approx one year ago.
