I agree Coach... I just find it bizarre that 5% of the float changes hands and WZR has nothing to say about it. Same thing with the Taqa deal. WZR had no clue it was happening.

This is probably why it was not been halted... once again, WZR probably had no idea this ticket was being put up at RBC. And now snake bitten shareholders are scrabling for the exits (present party excluded).
