I don't expect a dip below $9 prior to the announcement, unless 1) market makers try to pick up some cheap shares on hitting stop loss orders, or 2) a large shareholder wants to dump DTX to take more risk in buying a hotter stock.  But why would anyone start selling now after watching it hit $9.90 a month ago?

I don't own a Bloomberg terminal, so I don't have any information on which houses own what.

R ea fifth rig, should Q3 prove to be solid, they should be able to afford it in short order.  There are variables here.  They can announce a 5th rig, but might not get delivery of it for months because one may not be available .... again, we are entering the high drilling season.
