Wishful thinking.
Look for a possible non-cash buy out based upon a 100 or so, for one share swap. The ratio depending upon the value of the acquirer's shares and the negotiated value. HELM AG would be an ideal acquirer. They are private so their share value is not public. They spent their reputational currency by backing the EFSA submission. Why would they do that unless they had some interest in the nutritional value of Isolexx.
