You should have sold. 
The bought deal has been priced at $16.
Guess where the share price is headed over the next few days?
I also question the timing of the deal (before the release of 3rd quarter results).
If Q3 results beat expectations, DCI would most likely be able to issue shares at a higher price.
However, if Q3 results are below expectations, DCI would probably be issuing shares at a lower price and could be re-negotiating the existing credit agreement on less favorable terms.

So, why the rush to close the deal?
