RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:another timeline delayThe comment about financing in Q1 2014 caught my eye too, but realistically, we knew this to be the case as the African development bank that is touted as providing the money doesn't meet on the issue until December.  It will take some time to finalize the it all and that means Q1.
