Downside risk
Downside riskSo the last amount of mmt was purchased yesterday around the $1.10. That completes the original selling of shares that was traded. As I mentioned before this is a dangerous level to be back at. Topping things off we now have people citing the dividend issues that I have spoke to for months. Peter was just on BNN the other day and others have written articles talking to the very fact that Mart's ability to fund the dividend is stretched Now I am not saying that there will be a dividend cut or temporary suspension..others are writing about it.
As I have noted this is a trading stock until Q2 at least. Even when the "new" pipeline is up and running the company will have need at least a quarter to sort out its balance sheet. I know the revenue will almost double but the company has clouded the balance sheet up non the less. If the company can slow further spending...not already announced then I am sure that would help matters. If not remember that this is a trading stock and we might be stuck around these levels again for a while.
The sell signal is still there from shares waiting to come to the market. I had hopes that these shares would dry up last week but it seems we started this week off much the same as last.
I will be watching the black pools and others over the week. It would be very re encouraging if Wade could make a statement as to how things are progressing and have a shorter duration of press releases with updates.
One last note. I am again hearing from the main local paper down there that the thieves are getting ready for another round of attacks on the pipelines. Read...Call for yourself and here's hoping that the military down there takes action. The last call I made to the Government and asked what was the ratio difference was almost 3-1. This indicates and also shows everyone why they have taken a more political approach....being out numbered.
Good luck and watch the charts.
