nice thing about the divi this time aroundBuyers have been hesitant to jump in prior to the divi because they fear the amount sp price may fall after the divi will be greater that the divi itself. This has in fact proven to be the case. This time around there should not be a drop in price so the benefit of the divi is compounded by a potential rise in sp which makes for an excellent justification to buy in.
