RE:Notice of Annual And Special Meeting of Shareholders
KONA1,
The answer to your question -- about share price - is pretty obvious in my opinion. Given the current share price of $0.08 that translates into a valuation of just over $6mill. A tad generous I'd say. It will be awhile before Spot has enough locations and/or other types of sales to generate a profit. The longer it takes them to execute their plan the lower the share price will go. It's all about profit and/or timing of profit now.
Once there is light at the end of the tunnel I am confident that the share price will move up, but when will that light appear, will the opening of their 3 new locations make it happen??? Not sure. but doubt that that will be enough.
The biggest obstacle is capital, or in this case, the lack of it, which is common among small startups or in any tiny company in growth mode. They need share capital to expand faster, and share capital is not easy to find for a micro-micro cap like this one.
