RE:RE:How long can a company go forwardBig, it is you who is silly.  Did you read the terms of the loan?  I suggest you look hard at the details.   I get it the PT made the offer in the day, but why didn't he follow through... where is he now?  Instead of using words like Moron and other negative refrences, explain how they move forward with no cash on hand... Yes, I am assuming the company paid all the people out on a limb.  

Do you think he was able to save some of that money for start-up?  If he did, Can't all the payable people file a lein?  What happens then?  In the US, it is illegal to not pay employees... What happens when he can't pay the 5 IR guys, or how long do you think contracting Geo's will work without pay?  Just expalin....

I agree, gold in the hills (I, don't think your numbers will come to fruition this early on), but it cost a fortune to get that thar gold out of them thar hills!
