TechOne, Woulfe's intent to update, or not, in the future is confusing to me. You are correct that the release provided: "The Company is in discussions with various parties to raise the necessary capital and will provide a further update as soon as it is able." That is the good news.

However, the last sentence of the release also provides, as follows:

"...Except as required by law, we do not expect to update forward-looking statements and information continually as conditions change and you are referred to the full discussion of the Company's business contained in the Company's reports filed with the appropriate regulatory authorities."

I realize that this last non-update statement is boilerplate limitation of liability language and that the language you quoted is part of the text of the release itself. I don't know whether that will make a difference. I would love to see Woulfe progress updates. But, I will won't be holding my breath. That said, surely they would have to disclose the completion of financing when it is arranged. Seg.
