RE:RE:Winship resignation: DILUTION!!!! When RCF acquires > 50%
GRRBRR..........................you're holding and holding your breathe, and crossing your fingers. Is that because you think there is a future payoff ??? What price target do you have in mind after the massive dilution, and rollback? The avanti moly reserve is one of the top 5 moly mines, so institutions may be interested at some point. When is that point?
I've continually asked myself why RCF has passively allowed the capital structure of Avanti to deteriorate. Management (AJ and Nelson) had to know that it would come to this. Is it reasonable to think that there was (is) a deliberate agenda to wash out the retail investor. They've got a lending syndicate ready to step up, they have access to German bank loans based onThessonGrupp off-take, your 250,000,000 number may be a little high, but not much higher. The've got silver @ 50 million at current prices???? (do I have that right?)
My innate paranoia has me believing we've been snookered. This moly mine will go into production but without the retail investor who (like myself) invested for a future profit. My breakeven is .11 cents and I am very worried current and future NAV will not cover any where near .11. More like .01 or .02.
Why should the retail investor hold their breath and cross their fingers?????
