It all depends on how they structure the financing, my avg price is a little higher but at this point might as well hold on and see what happens. This is a good asset, especially when the cycle returns it will be a good investment, of course the problem is where we are at today and what has happened in the last few years. RCF could purchase and finance this asset, get it built, and sort out the shares later meanwhile wiping out the retailers. I think that while we may take a hit today I might be able to recover my investment in time as the cycle returns, I don't like investing based on crossing fingers! I guess all I can do now is trust management to work in our interest and hopefully pull through in the end, man that sounds brutal.
