Finally had a chance to look at the latest filings at Sedar. I don't know how many of the malcontents who regularly post here know how to read financial statements, but they lay it out quite clearly. Sure, the negotiations of the Definitive Agreement to replace the Kenyan MOU are taking longer than expected. But they are wrapping up very soon, according to the MD&A.  Also, the company is clearly running a working capital deficit and that cannot continue. I had been wondering how it was paying the bills, and the statements show that company insiders had been foregoing pay and even lending money. For all the harping here over management, you can't get much more of a commitment than that. Simba's insiders obviously still believe in its near-term future.
