All the PPsLooking back at the PPs since end of 2009, the only batch that make money in this deal is the one in Oct 2009 25mil shares at $0.33 (for $8mil). All subsequent ones 6.5mil shares at $0.74 (for $4.7mil, March 2010, IFC, Rangold), 22mil shares at $1.55 (for $35mil, June 2010), 21mil shares at $1.90 (for $40mil August 2011) all going down the tube in one form or another..... Total shares in these PPs is 75mil shares. So, there must be some other PPs and/or arrangements before end of 2009 for VTR has 155 mil shares O/S.

All you get back from the BTO deal is valued at $68mil in total for all the work and money spent...... What a shame....
