Cow mountain resource calculated to the 1,000 foot level ONLY , "historic workings and gold mineralization extend below that area..."(2,000 level)
That's 5M "restrictive ounces that will be reassayed and reclassified.....
PAGE 10
Resource target potential NOT INCLUDING COW RESOURCE ESTIMATE.....is 9-27M ounces by Snowden.......
PAGE 15
BL shows 102k M& I + 70 Inf... for a total of 172,000 ounces .....at an average grade of 7.7 g/t!!
mixed with QR ore , count 30,000 ounces per year x 6- 7 years = 15M cash flow per year , If margin is $500 ($1350 POG - $850 Cost )
* no wonder Peter Tompsett the ex ceo of placer dome wanted to buy in for 40-100M dollars
* no wonder Sprott is on board
* no wonder BGM is outperforming other junior sector gold stocks...
* no wonder N.Anderson wrote a $125,000 check for options at .50
* BGM a likely takeover candidate
* With 10M ounces credited to BGM at large , BGM currently trades at 93.5M market cap / or
$9.35 / per oz! ......according to danny deadlock industry average is $17!
*so much upside.........................
Bigbab,
The stats on all of the TSX and TSXv suggest BGM is overpriced by a factor of 3...
TSX/TSXv Gold and Silver Equities Statistics
The following table includes TSX/TSXv listed companies with at least 12.5 of their in situ metal values from gold or silver (in US$).
Of course I am suggesting that BGM be valued as an explorer and with 5M+ oz, then the TSX average price (all explorers and all developers) is between $3 (up from $2 a while back) and $9 for a full fledged Developer.
When it comes to Cow Mountain, BGM is still at the exploration stage since it hasn't even done a PEA.
So sorry, the real TSX stats just do not bear your claim out.
