RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:13-D could be interesting box.Investigator 6, Thank you for those 2 posts on posible abuses of 13 D.  My concern is that Rio may have come up with a way to accumulate shares of TRQ w/o having the market price of those shares go up.  And Rio could sell shares at other times to keep the price low and then replace those shares with 13 D accumulations.

I am surprised that Robert F. would look the other way at thsese proceedings as he owns around 90 million shres and is losing big bucks if the price of TRQ does not go up significantly. I',m going to contact Bill T again. who continues to work for Robert at Ivanhoe Mines, LTD.

I may also attempt to contact a couple of SEC attorneys re: a class action suit against TRQ/RIO.
