price of bid

price of bidMy two cents what the price would be when someone would make a move:

-  +/-140 mio cash in Q3
- backlog +/- 285mio (=325mio - licencees not paying, the fact that you have to wait approx 5yrs to receive all amounts, other costs involved regarding collecting,...)
-patents: 100 mio (after 3/3 loss in court 100mio is probably a bit high - yes WIN has 3000 patents but if they cannot stand a test in court then what are they worth?)

=> total of 525mio or $4,375 per share

Given that the shareholders and WIN's management are desperate a small premium of 15-20% should be enough => My guess is a bid around $5,10.

However if the buyer can wait a few months a bid around $4,80 would do the trick as well.
