yes tongue in cheek... i get it.
in times like this --- many interested parties may be heading to Ottawa or have already been there.
I do see that there was a certain group of folks in Ottawa from the 25th-27th   from the King of Prussia PA neck of the woods..... hmmmm IDCC has offices there.

Gotta wonder if IDCC was in town and made a low ball offer to Jim and the board--- and hence today's news in reaction to this.
Maybe not so strange after all.
