In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:MysteryKeep hearing about this buyout. If you want to sell you want to promote yourself, not the opposite. Honestly, the tangible value of PTA is in Las Maracas - and this is depleting quite rapidly (if we believe the numbers given). A few discoveries which they could be promoted way better - in the optics of sale mode; and a lot of (good) exploration acreage - which has got little value to a buyer, usually, unless again you are not showing that this is absolutely spectacular acreage - do they? If anybody is trying to sell here I think they should ask advice of a good sale specialist.
Regardeless, I would prefer to hold on a little longer, prove/appraise the discoveries and drill according to the plan. In a few months, the value of the company should materialise ... regardeless of the market feelings and trends. Then if someone wants to step in will be more than welcome. And this is maybe what is going on right now
